30-Day Wellness Challenge Rules

Start Date: April 1, 2024

End Date: April 30, 2024

**Deadline to Register: March 31, 2024

 

TRAIN

1) Train as many times per week as you can

2) Each class you attend counts as one (1) point

3) No limit on how many classes you can take in one day, must sign up on Glofox to be eligible

EAT

1) Make one (1) healthy meal at home per day

2) Take a picture of your meal, post it to your Instagram stories and tag @mvmentculture with the hashtag #MvmentCultureWellnessChallenge

3) Each meal counts as one (1) point, max one point per day

UNWIND

1) Choose one (1) activity for you to unwind ie. meditation, listening to music or a podcast, reading, going for a walk etc. and do it daily

2) Take a picture of your unwind activity, post it to your Instagram stories and tag @mvmentculture with the hashtag #MvmentCultureWellnessChallenge

3) Each unwind activity counts as one (1) point, max one point per day

HOW TO WIN:

1) The student who obtains the most points by April 30, 2024, will win a Richmond Hill Muay Thai track suit and a 1 month unlimited membership
