Our adult class is open to both beginners (yellow shorts) and intermediate (blue shorts). We begin our classes with a warm-up and conditioning that includes skipping, intervals and circuit training. The second half of our adult class focuses on technical training. We work in partners and groups on various pad/bag drills and techniques, allowing students to improve both offensive and defensive skills.
Designed to increase muscular endurance and mass, this class specializes in weight training, HIIT and plyometrics. Perfect for any fitness level, the strength and conditioning class will give participants the opportunity to improve their overall fitness while learning proper weight lifting techniques.
Our kids class offers a safe and fun environment where youth can develop traditional Muay Thai techniques, play interactive games with their classmates and work on self-confidence through various conditioning and pad drills.
Richmond Hill Muay Thai works carefully with our teen students to guide and mentor them into adulthood. We develop their traditional Muay Thai techniques through a variety of pad work and partner drills and increase conditioning through interval and circuit training.
